Towards the end of the video you can see the
new machine we are now working on.
This machine is a combination of CNC hot wire
Foam cutter and a CNC router.
The machine is 20' long by 10 feet wide by 8 feet tall

Red wires from the power supply are 5V and they
also connect to the center-tap wires from the motors
The center-tap wire are the white and black and are
connected together to the red wire coming from
the power supply,
The black wires are GND

The small yellow board is the timer board for GMFC support

Sunday - had a few hours to kill
Here is a tapered wing - 6 foot long

5th Axis Turn-Table

I plan to post in the next few days a simple design for a rotary table (turn table)
It is stepper motor driven and will be controlled by the PC as a 5th Axis
